The color of your skin is just a shell / Lo que vale es quiénes somos por dentro

Serigraph, collage and blind embossment

Your skin is a shell. Even though it is an organ that protects you from exterior injuries, it is the most dangerous and damaging to human existence. We judge others for their “right” or “wrong” color, shape, or size. We make stories and categorize people based on it. We see the shell before we see the essence. When mortals learn to go past that deceiving layer and focus on the heart, then we can start building a new type of humanity.
